Shipping & Returns

At Georgetta's Creations Soap & Waxworks, we strive to ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and promptly shipped to you. In the USA and Canada we us UPS flat rate shipping. International shipping our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. We aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.
 
When it comes to our shipping policy, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner while keeping you informed about the status of your order. We understand the importance of receiving your items in pristine condition, and we take every measure to guarantee the safe delivery of your purchase.

 Soaps, body scrubs, beard oils, bath salts, bath bombs and shower steamers are non-refundable due to hygiene issues but may have store credit with receipt and returned unused portion post marked within 14 days. Leather objects must be returned with receipt and post marked within 14 days same with Candles and Wax melts which will allow you store credit. No cash refunds.
